Service Cancellation
As a provider of digital services and custom solutions, we understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your service agreement with us, subject to the terms outlined in your specific service contract. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email.
To cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible with your order or contract number. Cancellation requests are processed within 2-3 business days. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written request, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
For recurring services or subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless you request immediate cancellation, which may be subject to applicable fees as outlined in your agreement.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service provided and the stage of project completion. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties while ensuring quality service delivery.
Consultation Services
For consultation services, full refunds are available if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If the consultation has already taken place, refunds are generally not available unless the service failed to meet the agreed-upon scope or quality standards.
Development Projects
For development projects, refund policies are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, refunds are calculated based on the work completed and resources allocated up to the cancellation date. If cancellation occurs before project commencement, a full refund minus any administrative fees (if applicable) will be provided. Once development work has begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis, considering work completed and milestones achieved.
Completed Projects
For completed projects that have been delivered and accepted, refunds are generally not available unless the delivered work fails to meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement or contains material defects that cannot be remedied through revisions.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement if our services fail to meet consumer guarantees. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you believe our services do not meet these guarantees, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.
Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel an ongoing project, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that business needs can change, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Cancellation Process
To cancel a project, please submit a written cancellation request via email, including your project number and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a detailed breakdown of work completed, resources allocated, and any applicable cancellation fees within 3-5 business days.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and resources allocated. These fees typically cover:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date
- Resources and materials already allocated or purchased
- Administrative costs associated with project setup and management
- Any third-party services or licenses already procured
We will provide a detailed breakdown of any applicable charges and work with you to find a fair resolution. In some cases, we may be able to pause the project instead of cancelling it, allowing you to resume work at a later date.
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, we will process it to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times, which typically range from 3-10 business days.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency and payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable or subject to specific refund conditions:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered
- Custom development work that has been deployed to production
- Services marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Third-party licenses or services procured on your behalf
- Services purchased during special promotions marked as final sale
However, even for these services, if they fail to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may still be entitled to a remedy. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Our goal is to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.
Internal Resolution Process
When you contact us with a concern or dispute, we will:
- Acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours
- Review your case thoroughly within 5-7 business days
- Provide a detailed response explaining our position
- Work with you to find a fair resolution
External Resolution
If we cannot resolve a dispute directly through our internal process, you may contact the relevant Australian consumer protection authority. In Western Australia, you can contact:
- Consumer Protection (Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety)
- Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
- Small Business Commissioner (for business-to-business disputes)
We are committed to cooperating fully with any external dispute resolution process and will provide all necessary documentation and information to facilitate a fair resolution.
Service Modifications and Revisions
If you are not satisfied with the work completed but do not wish to cancel the project, we offer revision services. The number of revisions included depends on your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond those included in your agreement may be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences.
For minor issues or concerns, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address them promptly. Many issues can be resolved through communication and minor adjustments without the need for cancellation or refund.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or other force majeure events, we may need to modify or delay service delivery. In such cases, we will work with you to find alternative solutions, which may include rescheduling, modifying the service scope, or providing refunds where appropriate.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this return policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes to the policy will not affect existing service agreements or contracts that were entered into before the policy change. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our return and refund procedures.
